How accurate are the AI band scores?

Our AI is trained on official IELTS band descriptors and Cambridge marking criteria, so scores are a close estimate of your real level. Treat them as reliable practice feedback rather than a guaranteed exam result, and focus on the detailed comments to improve.

How long does an evaluation take?

Writing and speaking evaluations usually return within 30 to 60 seconds. During busy periods it can take a little longer. Keep the page open while it runs.

My evaluation is stuck or won't load. What do I do?

Refresh the page. The evaluation uses a live connection, and a dropped network can disconnect it. If a refresh doesn't help, check your internet and try the test again. Your previous submissions are saved.

I paid but my account still shows as free. Why?

Payments are approved manually and can take up to 24 hours to reflect. Once approved, premium unlocks automatically. If it's been longer than 24 hours, email us with your payment screenshot.

What's the difference between free and premium?

Free gives you a selection of practice tests so you can try every skill. Premium unlocks the full Cambridge IELTS 1 to 15 question bank, unlimited AI evaluations, and your personalised study plan.

Can I retake a test or practise the same question again?

Yes. You can attempt any test as many times as you like. Each attempt is evaluated independently, which is a great way to track your improvement over time.

I can't log in with my institute or consultant link.

Make sure you're using the exact link your consultant shared, as institute access is tied to that link. If it still fails, contact your consultant or email us and we'll verify your access.
